Backing gas version

GasSaver Twin is available with an extra gas outlet for backing gas. This reduction valve is primarily used for welding where one wishes to take both the shielding gas and the backing gas from the same cylinder. The welding gas and backing gas can of course be adjusted separately in this solution.

GasSaver unique two-stage reduction valve has been developed for qualified shielding gas welding.

The even start flow provides a higher quality weld since you avoid the turbulence that can disturb the welding process. Risk for pores in the welded joint is minimized.

All materials are chosen for long-life operation without downtime and according to standards and regulations.

Shatter-resistant multi-scale flow tube.

Tubes are made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate resin for operator safety.

Large membrane makes it easy to adjust and set the correct gas flow that you require.
